Frequently asked questions
I pressed C and my history disappeared — is it gone?+
No. C clears only the current entry; the running tape above it stays put. Tap any line in the tape to bring its result back down and keep going.
How do I open more calculators?+
The free version includes a set number of calculators (tabs). Unlocking Infinity makes them unlimited — and adds full Split View on iPad. You can unlock Infinity right in the app; the available options and prices are shown there before you buy.
I bought Infinity but it's locked on my other device.+
Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases on the Infinity screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so there's no extra charge to restore them.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, pick 1+1 Calculator, and turn off auto-renew. A one-time purchase isn't a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
Does the app track me or show ads?+
No ads, no tracking, no analytics — everything you do stays on your device. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
