Terms of Use

1+1 Calculator is published by Huy Hoang ("we", "us"). The app is free to download and use, with an optional in-app purchase called "Infinity" that unlocks additional features.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use 1+1 Calculator on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as that licence allows.

Infinity is available as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time purchase. The available options and current prices are always shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded.
• A one-time purchase is a non-recurring payment that unlocks Infinity for as long as the app is supported.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other Apple devices at no extra cost. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies, not by us.

Use the app lawfully and as intended. Don't attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or circumvent the app's purchase or entitlement checks.

1+1 Calculator is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep its calculations accurate and reliable, we don't guarantee the app will be error-free or always available, and you are responsible for verifying results you rely on.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
